- Create a ranking system for your goals on your to-do list to help you prioritize your tasks. McCarthy suggests ranking them by the level of importance and urgency.
- Create agendas for all of your meeting so you are able to are able to ultimately reduce the amount of meetings you have and avoid wasting time.
- Organize your work space. You can waste a lot of time looking for a particular file on your desk and clutter can be distracting. Having an organized work space will make it easier for you to be more productive.
